Petit Vour is a luxury beauty company that offers cruelty-free and plant-based beauty box subscriptions. Each box includes four beauty products personalized to subscribers’ profiles. Consumers can expect to save up to 75 percent off retail costs with each box valued at up to $60. Boxes ship between the 10th and 20th of each month.
Each month, subscribers receive an assortment of four (and sometimes five) beauty products that range from makeup to hair care to body and skin care. All products aim to address the subscriber’s beauty profile responses, and all items are cruelty-free, vegan, and non-toxic.
Products come from all over the world, and ship all over the world, too. The included products range from sample size to full size and aim to cover these four categories:
Not all beauty boxes are alike, and there can be up to eight variations in shipments, according to the company.
To subscribe, click on “Beauty Box” at the top left of the company’s website. Either click on “Get the [month] box” anywhere on the page or scroll down to find your country. Select either USA, Canada, or Worldwide to ensure you have the right offer for where you live.
Follow the directions to finish signing up for your account, and make sure to fill out the beauty profile to ensure you receive the items that best suit your needs. You can also select a gift subscription, which is prepaid, to keep your deliveries coming for three or six months.
Petit Vour is a beauty product discovery box that features exclusively vegan and cruelty-free products. The company only uses non-toxic and plant-based beauty products in its luxe boxes, so subscribers can expect high quality without any animal ingredients.
Most of the products in each shipment are natural, organic, and hypoallergenic, but not all are. Some items feature synthetic colors, for example, that are still safe but not “natural.”
However, restricted ingredients, which the company promises to never include in its boxes, are:
As the name of this box comes from petit fours—a set of four pastries—subscribers can expect four items in each shipment. However, the company notes it sometimes adds a fifth item, though this isn’t necessarily guaranteed.
There is only one level of box, but pricing varies based on where the box ships to, with the USA having the lowest cost. Below are prices for each four-item box based on the country and subscription term.

Petit Vour reviews are sparse, with current reviews on the company’s Facebook page only. The company does have a listing with the Better Business Bureau. However, no customers have left feedback yet, although the overall standing with the BBB is positive.
One Petit Vour review from a Facebook customer and subscriber highlights high-value and humane products that come in convenient sizes. Another positive Petit Vour review notes that products are free of chemicals and animal ingredients and are also useful and pampering for customers.
One negative Petit Vour review on the company’s Facebook page centered around a shipping issue that appeared to be due to a customer’s entering shipping information improperly. Another negative comment stated that the company had poor customer service; however, the company responded that the customer’s name was nowhere in their database but that they would appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

Here are a few frequently asked questions about the subscription beauty box.
Boxes ship between the 10th and 20th of each month and deliveries go out in batches. However, in some cases, a waiting list may cause the start month for a subscription to be pushed back, so new subscribers may see a delay in their first shipment for this reason.
You can reach customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To cancel your subscription, contact customer service via email at Cancel@petitvour.com.
However, if you subscribed to a prepaid subscription plan, it will automatically expire when the plan period ends.
If you are missing an item from your shipment or the box is damaged, you can contact the company for replacement or refund. Refunds return to customers in the form of PV Points. Note that you must email the company within 48 hours of receiving the box in order to be eligible for a replacement product.
The company promises to include only cruelty free and plant-based products, but there are some items which are not 100 percent natural. Common toxins and other harmful ingredients are banned from the boxes, however, as is anything that is not plant-based.
Before the Petit Vour beauty company began, its founders, Madeline and Ryan, began offering their beauty box in 2009. The idea came from the French pastry sampler petit fours, replacing the F with a V for “vegan.” The founders note that petit fours “invite discovery, indulgence, and fun.”
The larger company model began in 2012 with the goal of providing consumers with beautiful and ethical beauty and fashion. The online store stocks all kinds of beauty, makeup, clothing, body care, and lifestyle products from around the world.
The beauty box, however, addresses a specific consumer subset that appreciates convenience and cruelty-free products but either doesn’t know where to start or wants to expand their horizons. Every item in your box is expert-vetted and is free of animal-derived ingredients while striving to meet luxury standards.
