Loot Crate Reviews

There are mixed reviews because for Loot Crate because of the current landscape of the company and the recent news. On TrustPilot, Loot Crate currently averages 1.5 out of 5 stars based on 844 reviews. Based on the praises from customers, you get great value for your money by purchasing a subscription pack option. People admire the great assortment and variety of surprise they receive each delivery.

Unfortunately, the company filed for bankruptcy in August 2019, laying off half of its remaining workers in the weeks prior. They owe money in debt and taxes, while its credit card processor has withheld payments to the company. That is part of the reason why some people have ordered boxes in the first half of the year and have still yet to receive it. While you get a great product from Loot Crate, the company is not currently performing well operationally due to its financial state.

Therefore, it had to declare bankruptcy in August 2019. The company owes more than $30 million in debt and $5.87 million in taxes. As of September, the company still retained 60 full-time employees after dismissing about 50 in August.
