The Loot Crate DX boxes are shipped out one time each month and are delivered between the 20th and the 30th. If you are an international customer this could take longer due to the package clearning customs. International deliveries shouldn't take longer than 12-14 business days.
When you sign up before the 19th of the month, you will receive your box in the delivery window provided above. Anybody who signs up after 9pm PST on the 19th will receive it the following month
