All monthly boxes from Loot Anime will arrive between the 28th and the 10th of the following month. You will receive a tracking number via email once your box has shipped out.
International subscribers will receive their box within 12 - 14 business days from the day it has been shipped out. You will get updated throughout the process of clearing customs in your country of residence. Sometimes it does take longer due to delays with customs.
You can also contact this company by heading to their FAQ page and using their help center. This is done through the web browser. All you have to do is type your message and leave a valid email address where they can contact you back. The response time is fairly quick.
You have the option cancel at any time or reactivate a past subscription. This can be done through your user account.
If you choose to cancel your subscription you will receive all boxes that you have paid for.
If you choose to reactivate your subscription and it is processed between the 11th through the 27th of the month, the date that it is renewed will be moved to the 10th of the following month. Also keep in mind that when you reactivate, the same subscription length that you previously had will be active. If you wish to change and downgrade your subscription be sure to contact their customer support using one of the methods listed above.
Loot Anime is one of the many subscription services provided by Loot Crate. It was founded by Chris Davis and Matthew Arevalo in 2012. Their goal was to create a box that was specific to comic-con. Within a 2 year span they had achieved a user base of more than 200,000 members in over 10 countries.
