Graze is a British company with its headquarters in London. The brand was launched in 2008 by Graham Bosher. Graham Bosher also founded a DVD company called LoveFilm. The company originally shipped only in the United Kingdom. In 2012, The Carlyle Group bought a majority stake in the company.

Graze came to the United States in January 2013. Their first distribution center was in New Jersey and they had trial deliveries for New Jersey and Manhattan. By September 2017, Graze had expanded to be in 7,500 stores across the U.S. and generated over 80 million in revenue.

Graze launched its online shop in 2016. Unilever recently acquired the company. Graze also is a charitable company. They donate a portion of profits from referrals to the Graze School of Farming charity. This charity aims to reduce global poverty; they work directly with the Graze School of Farming in Uganda. The farm teaches students how to farm and maintain their crops in order to sustain themselves and raise their income.
