Graze is currently not certified as allergy friendly. All their snacks are from a plant that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, egg, soy, etc. They advise those with allergies do not consume their products due to possible cross-contamination. However, those who are lactose-intolerant can remove all snacks containing dairy from their preferences. Cross-contamination is still possible.
Members can’t specifically choose their snacks, but they can help Graze by rating their snacks and setting their food preferences. Their rating system is very simple. Choose “like” or “love” to receive a snack more often and “dislike” if you don’t want a snack again. Members can rate snacks from the snacks page of their account.
Graze does not offer refunds on boxes due to the nature of their products and the fact that each box is unique. Any boxes that are refused or marked "return to sender" are disposed of by USPS. If you have an issue with a box you receive, contact customer service as soon as possible.
