Daily Harvest is a new subscription service that makes it easy to eat healthy, regardless of how busy your lifestyle is. Each week or month, you’ll choose the cups you’d like, and then they’re delivered right to your door. Subscribers can choose between smoothies, oatmeal, superfood bowls, soups or even ice cream. While the price for each cup is close to what you’d pay at a fancy smoothie or juice shop, you can save a significant amount of time with this service. Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll receive a new shipment every week, or once a month on the anniversary date of your subscription.
The company offers a variety of different subscription options to fit the needs of its different subscribers.

As you can see, the more cups you get with each delivery, the cheaper each cup becomes. Let’s take a closer look at what kind of options you can choose from for each cup. Keep in mind that there are tons more options on their website and this is just a brief overview of some of the choices you’ll have.
This is the most popular cup, and it’s what Daily Harvest is known for. Their smoothies feature whole foods that are organic and unrefined, and they’re packed with protein and nutrients. They’ll keep in your freezer for at least a month after they’re delivered to you. Here’s an idea of a few of the different smoothies that are available.
Their bowls feature the same fresh, nutrient-rich and protein-packed ingredients that you’ll find in their smoothies, just in a different form. You can choose from different kinds of bowls, like chia bowls or oatmeal. Just like the smoothies, they’ll keep for a month or longer in your freezer. Here’s an idea of what to expect.
The soups are also packed with healthy ingredients, and make a smart option for a light lunch or snack. They keep for a long time in the freezer, as well. As long as they remain frozen, the soups will keep for three months or longer. Take a look at a few of their different options.
Our favorite of the whole bunch, this service offers several different ice cream sundae options that will allow you to get your ice cream fix, without sending you into a Ben & Jerry’s coma. Each sundae features servings of fruit and vegetables and has fewer calories and fat than other options. These will keep in your freezer for a month or longer. Here’s an idea of some of the options available.
When it comes to reviews, people are pretty divided on this service. They’re squarely in the middle of the road with a Trustpilot trust score of only 4.7/10.
On the positive side, some reviewers love that they’ve been able to save tons of time by subscribing to this service. Those who are satisfied love the variety they get, and think that the smoothies, bowls and other healthy options they’re receiving are delicious, nutritious and easy to make.
In stark contrast to that, there are also some people who seem to feel that they’re being ripped off by this service because the portions are small and they don’t taste very good. Others have had issues communicating with customer service about canceling their account.
It seems that you may have to try the service for yourself to decide which side of the fence you’re on when it comes to the service.
Orders are delivered on Thursdays and Fridays, and how often you receive your delivery depends on the subscription plan you’re on. If you receive a weekly delivery, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like your order delivered on Thursday or Friday of that week. The process for monthly deliveries is the same; you’ll just receive a shipment every month instead of weekly.
At the moment, they deliver to almost the entire continental United States. They don’t yet deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses or US territories. To see if they’re available in your area, just put in your zip code, and they’ll let you know if they can deliver to you.
You can reach their customer service department through a variety of different methods.
You can also schedule a call on their website if you’d prefer, and a representative will call you back at a time you specify. Most questions are already answered for you on the company’s FAQ page.
You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time.
To cancel your subscription, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line CANCELLATION, and follow the instructions you receive from their customer service rep.
Daily Harvest is the brainchild of Rachel Drori, a busy mom, and business professional. She’s a graduate of the Columbia University School of Business. Between her responsibilities at work and home, it was nearly impossible for her to find time to enjoy a nutritious meal or snack. So, in 2014, she created this company as a way to solve this problem. Today, Daily Harvest offers a wide variety of different smoothies, superfood bowls, soups and desserts that can be shipped almost anywhere in the continental United States.
