Carnivore Club was created out of passion by co-founders Tim Ray & Matthew Cloutier. They decided to created this box when their love of meat became consumed with intrigue about the history of where it came from. They loved the idea of how much work went into curing the meat from technique to craftsmanship.
Both are previously successful entrepreneurs and have experience in the food industry. Both love meat, and wanted to create the company so you don’t have to put work into finding new and delicious meats.
